Management Services

When a control panel is ordered with your VPS, we will secure and optimize the VPS upon request. After such time, your VPS Hosting services will be unmanaged, meaning you will be responsible for repairing any issues within your VPS service. Our VPS full management services include:

> Initial Optimization and Hardening ($20.00 fee if requested after the initial has already been done)
> 5 hours of admin work time per month
> Resolving technical issues with DirectAdmin or cPanel
> Unlimited Account migrations
> Log auditing
> Fixing of failed services

Our services are on a request basis only, and must be submitted under your Experts Hosting account. These services are only available if a control panel is ordered from us.
